As such, we are closely monitoring the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak according to the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). We want to share with you the actions we are taking to help protect our Jetstream team members and you, our valued customers.
We have advised our employees to follow the public health authorities’ guidance regarding hygiene and we have reinforced existing Jetstream policy encouraging employees who exhibit flu-like symptoms to stay home and consult a medical professional. At our center of operations in Houston, TX we have implemented heightened cleaning and disinfecting procedures to maintain a healthy environment. For all intents and purposes, Jetstream is ready to fulfill your business needs here in Houston and at our 10 rental centers across the USA.
We have limited business travel and encouraged our team members to leverage technology to hold customer and supplier meetings whenever possible. Rest assured our sales team will be back on the road conducting personal sales calls with you as soon practical. Additionally, both our Customer Service and Sales teams are ready to travel to support you on pressing matters.
We have also implemented practices to sterilize and cleanse all incoming purchased materials to our Houston manufacturing operations, to wipe down product at each internal value add step, and to conduct a final disinfecting step prior to your products leaving our facility.
At every one of our 10 rental offices, we are disinfecting every piece of returned rental equipment immediately upon its receipt from a customer. After our check-in, test, and rent-ready processes are completed, we again disinfect all products prior to sending products to you to satisfy your rental needs.
